The author was an apprentice to Frank Lloyd Wright and a member of the Followship from 1932 to 1941. It gives a lot on insight to the early days of the fellowship when it was just getting started. It is a first hand account from one of the apprentices that would become a key player by time he left.
It is not only his story but excellent photos and information about both Taliesin and Taliesin West as they developed. He makes clear the devotion and commitment that Wright demanded.
