God bless this big sexy book for saving me from getting premature wrinkles from trying to understand complicated concepts in my Global History of Finance module. Idk why but my lecturer just mentions shit like "Eurozone core and periphery nations" in passing without explanation (even though he knows full well that half of us have no background in financial markets).

Solid introduction to the different financial markets for "normal" people. The content could have been more compressed, but overall I found it to be quite good and educating.
