This book was phenomenal! I’ve watched a few of Hannah’s YouTube videos and TikToks, but I prefer the book format so I can go at my own speed without constantly pausing and rewinding. I look forward to working through them with my daughter. We’re going to line up a couple of the tutorials to enrich our geography lessons.
This is one of the best watercolor guides I’ve come across. She not only gives you more information on how to paint the scene but the photos and step by step process is perfect for a beginner or intermediate artist.
Love the artist includes color mixing throughout this book.
Really nice watercoloring book. All work is done in a watercolor journal and includes wonderful detail step by step instructions with color mixing using basic colors.
What a great book. Love how many projects she walks you through. The end result might not match hers but that's really not the objective. The objective is to create your own beautiful piece of art. This book will definitely get you there.
A very good book with step by step instructions for painting! She lists out the tools she uses to make her paintings also. I think the best part is the emphasis to simply enjoy your time painting.
Good instructions, nice projects. I find her use of colour quite dark and saturated for watercolours, but fun to try some lessons and new techniques and see how my own version turns out.
