This was a book that I read maybe 10 years ago when I started to play lacrosse. I went to the library and typed in lacrosse into the search bar, and this book was the only book that came up. It is a very good book when it comes to general lacrosse history and tradition. This has all the basics for lacrosse strategy as well. Definitely a book that every lacrosse player should read.
