Private investigator Angus Darrow is hired by a local rugby team to find the source of some abusive emails the team has been receiving. The emails accuse the team of fixing matches.

Meanwhile, Angus is forced to evacuate his home when an unexploded WW2 bomb is found in his neighborhood. He temporarily moves into a spare room in Charlotte Lockwood's home, and the two work together to find out what is going on with the rugby team. Angus has misgivings about some of Charlotte's methods of gaining information, but the two work well together as a team.

Another good installment in the private detective series. I’m enjoying getting to know the two characters better. The cases they work on and solve are interesting.

I also think the writing as well done

Another good book in this series. As before, likable characters and an interesting plot. The books are fairly short so you can read each one in a couple of sittings. I really enjoy them and hope the series continues. Just about to start book 5.

For me, not as good as the first three books, but that could be just the subject matter.
