Creating a Balance: Managing Stress by Stephen Palmer

Rate this book
Stress management has become a popular phrase and methodology. Often courses and self-help books focus on one or two approaches to deal with meditation or relaxation. Although these methods can be very beneficial, people are not always dealing with their stress levels in the most appropriate or effective way. Suitable for the general reader as well as the professional psychologist, this simple and practical book contains all the information needed to manage your stress and to live a more relaxed and enjoyable life.
