This book is full of quotes and wisdom about managing and leading. This doesn't have to be just for pharmacists, this could easily be applied to any profession or managerial position. Very organized, and a very easy read for anyone interested in how to manage within an organization. Full of sound advice. I feel like a learned a lot about how to be a manager, and how a manager should approach certain aspects of their job.

Would recommend for anybody, not just pharmacists. Good book.
