Great vegetarian cookbook. I am not vegetarian, but I was so impressed with Dr. Schwarzbein's program that I just had to own all of her books! AND, when I tried eating vegetarian, it caused me to add more veggies to ALL of my meals, and to research other eating programs. Thus, I found the Eat Clean, Low GI and Low Carb programs and I LOVE eating this way!
