I enjoyed learning about foreclosures. I liked reading about the types of loans that I can use to finance a foreclosure. I also liked reading about how to check for problems in a house. I think I know more about investing in foreclosures after reading this book. I hope I do. It sounds so exciting. what else did I like about the book. Hmm. I liked the does and don't of what to do to a house. I also liked the discussion about renters. I also liked the I think they were landlord stories. How to find foreclosures chapter was good also. I liked this book. What more can I say.
