An interesting take on the American Native culture and the abuse dished out by other "superior" cultures. This segment of the Uncommon Senses series begins to answer questions developed in Touch the Devil's Tail and Taste the Devil's Blood. Sheila's powers are developing into something that no force on earth may be able to control, let alone herself. Very curious to see where this leads.
