Nice blend of organizational design and change management. Hanna uses open systems theory and a framework for organizational assessment that balances business situation, strategy, design elements, culture, and business results.

Best quotes, "the system exerts so much energy to maintain stability, that tit will oppose all forces that threaten it--even when radical change may be needed for the ultimate survival of the system" (p. 22); "Intrinsic motivation, ownership, and self-regulation are the typical results when this redesign is done well" (p. 136); "behaviors rarely change without a change in the underlying assumptions, values, and attitudes" (p. 159).
