A possible Christmas present for a certain someone whose dream is to open a cheese store, if only to eat all the cheese himself. :) It looks perfect.

I'm absolutely fond of cheese and this book is a fine reference with over 100 recipes added. I guess I liked it so much, I bought it twice. One in English and one in Dutch. Oh well .... one can never have enough books, right?
