Got this on ILL, liked it well enough to order a used copy. I've been wanting to try this kind of cooking now that I'm working part time and this one looks flexible and do-able.

Idea is great but we only liked a couple of the recipes. I prefer the Don't Panic: Dinner's in the freezer
