Other business plan books I've read were more helpful, but that's because I'm planning a small, home-based business with zero employees. This book is geared towards someone looking for outside lenders and investors, for a much bigger type of business.
There's no way you're going to write your plan in 24 hours, but some of the executive summary details and graph examples are useful.
