Sam and Sophie try to reunite Gus, who's taken a bad turn, with his son JJ. They do it on the sly but Gus is a detective too....so he catches on. Pets are missing in the small town of Venice. Sam and Sophie try to find clues but no one knows what's going on, how the pets were all taken, where they can be found. Sam is dating Josh and it seems like he may have become suspicious of Sam's past. Are they in danger from their new friends? or can they trust Josh and his father with their secret?
