Rate this book
15 year old Anastasia Adams has spent her entire life on run. She and her mother have never spent more than 18 months in any one location, often times leaving with just the clothes on their backs. Despite the havoc that this is wreaking on Ana's social and academic life, her mother offers no explanation as to why it is they're constantly moving, or even what it is they're running from. But that all changes one night in the woods of Pelion, SC--the night the terror catches up with them.Fearing her mother dead, and having barely escaped with her own life, Ana is whisked away to world of privilege and tradition. It's a fairytale come to life. The poor girl used to living out of a suitcase is now a resident of one of the most exclusive addresses in the world. The people there adore her and she catches the eye of a young guardian who sees her as a refreshing change to the girls he's grown up with. If only they could find her mother. If only she knew the consequences of being born a "conjurer." If only she knew who that green eyed stranger was, the stranger who'll tell her about a past too romantic, and too tragic to be real. In the end, she'll have to choose between the boy who has captured her heart and the stranger she can feel down in her soul, assuring at least one of them an almost certain death.

I am writing this review catered to Brown Eyes (the second book in the trilogy), and Angel Eyes (the third book). I really enjoyed this series. There were obvious plot-holes and instances that made no sense to me, such as, how Ana could be Merline incarnate and not be completely, head-over-heals in love with Tristan? I know she loves him, but it made little sense as to why she would choose Derrin over Tristan before she was even made aware of the consequences that would plague her if she were to choose Tristan... If she had chosen Derrin after she knew it was the right thing to do because it would mean being able to live past the young age of 17 and put her on the right path of fullfilling her purpose, only then would it have made more sense. You don't live countless lifetimes loving one person-- a person who has remained faithful to you and waited for you between incarnations-- only to magically fall for another, albeit a very sexy other, in the blink of an eye. Tristan should have always been Ana's first choice.
Despite my feelings towards Ana's wayward love choice, I truly loved this story. To me, it was very different from the usual vampire/witch/angel/fallen angel love story. The authors' ability to take so many mythical creatures and create a story that is so completely believable, truly left me in awe. Were there typo's? Yes. Were there times when I thought Ana should have showed more emotion? Of course! But something about this trilogy captivated me and had me wishing for more when I was finished reading the final book.
The ending was beautiful, but it needed more EMOTION! Tristan is there for Ana, again, even after she chose another. It was just a few short words between them and blam: The End. I am hoping that the authors of the Forever trilogy learn to add more emotion into their future books. It is okay if a book is not pure action from start to finish.
But I did give all three books in this series four-stars each, so apparently I am not too bothered :)

I really liked this trilogy i thought there were lots of twists in it however i really, really, really did NOT like the ending i thought it went to quickly and contradicted the other books.
So i would give the whole Trilogy 4 stars because the rest is good (even though there were a few typos) but the last one 3 or maybe even 2...

This review is of the third book. The ending of this trilogy bothered me. It seemed implausable and unlikely (I can't believe I'm saying this about a book about vampires and witches! The irony!).

What can I say that hasn't been said about this/these books already? We all know the tired stories of teenage vampires/witches/angels/werewolves (absent on this series) in puppy love, always making stupid decisions (they're teens right, so of course they make stupid choices!) yet, somehow the fate of the entire worlds rests in those teenage hands.

I read through though, I hate to leave a book (or series) unfinished. It wasn't BAD in my opinion, it had some typos, missing words etc., but it was okay overall., I think I've just become jaded with the whole vampire romance genre because they're all so much alike anymore. So, while I'm left wanting for something truly original, it's not this authors fault I've become bored. I leave my rating at 3 stars because it kept me reading through the end...but, I really want some originality. The teaser chapter fore the upcoming book ”Blue” seems to have some originality, in that it involves mermaids/mermen...but we shall see if it's just the same old story wrapped in fins or something truly original.

I disliked this series so much that I actually stopped reading it in the middle of the second book. Mostly it was the love story; it just grated on my nerves. The series sat abandoned in my kindle's archive for several weeks until, on a whim, I decided I wanted to read something new and that was the only thing I had that was unread. So, I opened it and read the end just so I could find out what happened. And I actually kind of liked the ending. Right now I'm going to leave my rating at a 2, but if I ever try reading it again maybe I'll change it.

Can someone explain the last chapter to me in Angel Eyes? That chapter really confused me.... in the chapter before that she was talking about how she was so tired after being stabbed or whatever and in the next chapter she's talking to some dude in heaven and I was so confused, I had no idea what the fuck is going on. Then it goes on about how she's trying to find some purpose or whatever. It sounds like she's in some alternate universe where Darren and Taylor (Who supposed be dead) get married, and London and Tristan (Who are all supposed to be dead) are there. Can someone please explain to me this chapter so it makes sense because right now my head hurts so much because it doesn't?
