Written in French, this surprising cookbook has improved my banana bread, replaced my chocolate cake recipe (but I use Michel Cluizel chocolate exclusively), delighted at the side recipe for homemade marshmallow (part of the hot chocolate recipe ...), made eggplant pizza (in amazement of the result ...), and finally marvelled at the “Poulet fumé au thé” (Smoke Tea Chicken) which uses an old Chinese technique.

This book should be in my office collection of cookbooks ... well, it isn’t ... it is home because it is great to use.
