This is by far the best cookbook I have – and I have quite a few. I have made numerous recipes over the years and repeated many. The tabouli with a twist is fantastic. There are make ahead, main dishes, pastas, and one pot meals, all in one chapter! There are helpful hints for making different pasta, sauces, vinaigrettes for salad, and all kinds of burgers, fish, meat, chicken, and a whole slow of great salads and side dishes. Finally, there are hints on making food for a bunch of people… Brunch buffet for 12, easy eggs for eight… And really good easy apple cake!. it’s not a huge book, but it will give you all kinds of recipes to choose from!
