THE SPICE IS NICE 🥵
I was completely absorbed in the complicated arrangement between Nadia and Paul. This is the second book in the series and it picks up where book one ends. I love Paul, he was so refreshing. He wasn't grumpy, mean, abusive, or OTT given that he's a billionaire. I like Nadia, but she can be too naive at times. She needed to activate her spider-sense😂
This book delivered an amazing storyline with nice characters, and I can't wait for book 3.

Book two in The Kept Trilogy, The Billionaires Fascination continues with Paul and Nadia's story. I really like Nadia, she's so sweet and innocent. Paul is really likeable too. After everything he's been through, he's definitely trying, and I loved that about him. Paul and Nadia together share a chemistry that is out of this world, not to mention the spice (and I loved it). This book does end on a cliffhanger, and now I'm dying to read that book.

I loved book one … book two was even better !!!!
This time we got to go in deep with Nadia and Paul’s relationship. We discovered more about Nadia’s parents and despite this story being very hot and sweet and romantic, it was also sad and painful and hard. Just like life, in truth.
This time we have a Paul trying so hard to fight for her because she is his after all.
And Nadia is there … still … despite everything, still uncertain on whether her feelings for him will be enough to keep him with her or maybe she will always want something more that he can’t give her.
I also really appreciated the fact that the author gave us more information about Nadia’s biological parents … still and always proving how much in truth your parents are the one who made you grow up, always taking care of you. This time we have more discussion about their relationship and what it entails and even some hardship they both have to go through that will only prove just how much they came to love and trust each other. Together against her parents’ health issues, against press, against her fake friends and the world … it was quite deep and wonderful to read !!!!
Add to that a trip to Rome, more spicy times (including maybe some voyeurism) and Paul being always the sexy and possessive billionaire that he is … this one round was amazing !!!
I literally can’t wait for the next and final book in this series !!!! I need to know what will happen to these two people !!!

I love, love, love The Billionaire’s Fascination!  Yes, there is a cliffhanger and YES, I let out a loud groan and YES, I can’t wait for the next and last book in this trilogy.

Nadia is so young, naive and selfless! I love her! Paul is controlling and always seems to know what to do. He is just more guarded with his emotions and experienced in the way of the world.

I fell in love with Paul originally in Unfinished Sympathy by this same author. You should check it out if you want to know his history!

A cute personal and embarrassing story triggered by when Nadia’s dad said, “But I’m not eating snails.” Brought old memories back for me. I was eating escargot in Paris and while taking it out of the snail I accidentally flicked it across to another table.  You can imagine my embarrassment.

I love all the books that I have read by Amélie S. Duncan but I think this is her best series so far. If I could give more than 5 STARS I would.  Now bring on The Billionaire’s Devotion.

Book two picks up where book one ends! MISSCARRIAGE WARNING!!!


Nadia goes home after finding out Paul is announcing she is just a friend, and that he is look for a surrogate. Dad has a kidney transplant. Nadia has all of her dreams coming true an internship in Paris with a fantastic designer. Mom DOES NOT approve of her life style with Paul. Oh well! I am team Paul all day!

Lily and Jonas make an appearance in this book, and I adore that Lily has taken Nadia under her wing! "I know you're in love with him and Paul's in love with you" Is this just false hope? (if you have not read Jonas and Lily's story GO READY IT!!!)

Nadia wants to go public, and Paul agrees! Once they are in Rome they will announce that they are official! YESS!!! Roma was spicy!!!!!!! Bianca and Lorenzo PHEWWW, I don't want to give any spoilers away but if you know you know. Press is heavy on knowing who Nadia is especially since Justus Black announced that he is her father.

Sophie and Isabelle, I can't stand them!! The actions that they did, and the issues that they caused. Trevor makes an appearance as the trash that he was in the first book.

THE ENDING BREAKS MY HEART BECAUSE THE THIRD BOOK IS NOT OUT YET!!! I needed it like yesterday. I highly recommend this book and series, and so far EVERYTHIGN from this author

I absolutely loved book one, but book two, holy smokes! What an emotional roller coaster. To say this is a 5/5 feels like an insult for how amazing this book is.

There is so much I want to say and I don’t even know where to start. The story, growth and depth of the characters, the struggle for both Paul and Nadia. Ugh, I just loved it. I loved watching Nadia grow in this book, finding her strength and confidence, having more faith in herself and uncovering more about her past.

Then Paul, oh my swoon worthy Paul. As if I couldn’t love you enough already, you melted my panties in this book. I loved watching his walls come down, slowly letting Nadia in the best way he can and watching them navigate this new relationship. It’s not an easy road for either of them between pasts, the public and trying to figure out who to trust in this new world Nadia finds herself, Paul’s need to protect her at all costs, makes for one epic story.

This was a hard review to write because no matter what i wrote, it wouldn’t do the book justice. 🥰🥰

Nadia is back, ready to lay claim on Paul’s heart. At the end of book one she decided that she needed more than just the arrangement between one another. Book two picks up right after her decision to leave.

We are met with a bit stronger Nadia. More information is given about her past, which explains her hiccups. She’s trying to have more of voice in her relationship with Paul. We do see more vulnerability with Paul. Him even expressing how his marriage wasn’t perfect, Aubrey couldn’t give him everything he wanted/needed. We also get a better understanding of the dram Paul has endured over the years.

The end is left on a cliffhanger, and I’m excited to see how it will conclude. With everything Nadia has gone through she deserves to have a happily ever after. Granted Nadia gets lots and lots of happy endings from Paul throughout the book.

Please check trigger warnings. One thing I will comment on is the bullying Nadia goes through and online trolls. I think it’s a good reminder that people we see online/tv are real and rude comments hurt.

after the cliffhanger from book one i dove into this sequel with so many questions and thankfully i got answers, but now that i’ve finished this one i have more questions! she really knows how to leave me wanting more.

the chemistry and intimacy between the two mc’s grows in a beautiful way. nadia continues to fight for what she wants while giving paul all of her. although i will say her naivety really showed in this book, i’m hoping she’s learned from her mistakes and grows more in the next book.

paul took me a little by surprise. i do enjoy the way he loves to spoil nadia even tho she doesn’t need it. his expression of his love makes up for what he wasn’t ready to say yet.

i will be going into the next book with high hopes, and after two cliffhangers in a row i need my happy ending with this trilogy.

I have been so desperate to continue paul and Nadia's story, and let me tell you this did not disappoint.
Paul and Nadia are so good together. The chemistry between these two is off the charts, and the spicy scenes in this book are HOT.

I absolutely love the continuous world building and character development with this series. The descriptions of the different places that nadia and Paul visited really made me feel like I was exploring Rome with them!

I felt like we saw more of the real Paul in this book, and if you thought he was swoony in the first book, well, that's nothing compared to this one!

This book was an emotional rollercoaster ride from the very beginning. I think I experienced every possible emotion whilst reading it and that ending........ WOW, be prepared for that, and definitely bring the tissues.

Im so excited for book 3 and can't wait to continue Paul and Nadia's story.

Amelie did it again The Billionaires Fascination was terrific!
This is the second book in The Kept Trilogy series, and it picks up where book one ends.
I loved this book so much!!!
The character development Paul has shown in the book compared to the first is chefs kiss. He really is trying after such heartbreak. I fell more in love with him and was rooting for them along the way.
I hope that Nadia gets everything she ever dream and wishes for in the final book. Getting to know more about her past and her family really touched me. She’s been through so much in the book, my heart broke for her multiple times. I hope to see more growth with her when it comes to Paul. He’s trying his best Nadia!
The ending was devastating and really hit home for me personally.
I don’t know how I’m going to wait for the third and final book The Billionaire’s Devotion. These cliffhangers are killing me.

I just finished this book and my heart is still racing! It was a total emotional rollercoaster, and I want to say so much but don't know where to start. All I know is that I want book 3 to be released right now because I just can't wait.
Book 1 ended on a cliffhanger, and Book 2 picked up right where it left off. Paul is fighting for Nadia because she is his, meanwhile, Nadia is still uncertain about whether her feelings for him will be enough to keep him with her. Their relationship is evolving, and Paul sure knows how to romance her. We see more of his layers coming off in this book, and I love him even more.
Note: I highly, highly recommend that you read The Billionaire's Arrangement before this.

ARC Review

WOW! What's a journey! This is book2 in the Kept Trilogy and what a follow up. We pick up the story where Nadia has left Paul thinking she is no better than a sordid affair and he will never love her, after he announces he is single to a news outlet and she finds out he is still trying to find a surrogate.

I honestly don't know what to think after reading this book. I'm as confused as Nadia. Who do I trust? What should she do? Who do I believe? It's just so cleverly written. The character development of both Paul and Nadia is just amazing. Nadia's childhood and abandonment issues very much plays a part in her day to day adult life. As does Paul's need to protect Nadia from the life of a billionaire celebrity.

The ending was emotional and I'm on the edge of my seat annoyed I'm now in for another wait to finish this trilogy with the final book. An absolute must real if you love billionaire romance with a little something extra!!

This Series is sooo much more than a billionaire’s romance story, there are layers to this story, it’s deep, sweet, romantic, tragic and everything in between.
There is so much emotion in this book, chemistry between Paul and Nadia, you cannot help but fall in love with both.
Paul is fighting for Nadia, he cannot and will not let her leave his life because she is his... but Nadia is torn between her feelings for Paul, her mother’s wish, her father’s illness, and everything in between.
This story grabbed me HARD from book 1 – The Billionaire’s Arrangement and it continues in this 2nd book. It’s beautifully written and keeps you wanting…. needing more. I cannot wait for Book 3!!

Thoughts - book 2 picks up where book 1 finished so make sure you've read that. Ok, I'm officially emotionally damaged from this book. The last 100 pages had me feeling all the emotions! Get a wine, chocolate and some tissues ready! I don't often feel compelled to yell out loud at a character but I was doing it. Laughing, gasping, crying... just all the emotions. please, please, please check your triggers because this deals with pregnancy and loss. Special mention to the voyeurism and how it's written, it's not always done well but this is a *chefs kiss moment in the story. Definitely worth the read if you're after an alpha billionaire who struggles to be loved and a strong but vulnerable MFC who just wants the person she loves to love her.

Plot - struggling with wanting more from Paul, Nadia returns home to try and collect her thoughts. Can she accept their arrangement for what it is or will Paul somehow learn to love
her.

Paul and Nadia’s story continues. Nadia showed a little more confidence in this book. I just wish she stand up to Paul a bit more. We did get to learn more about Paul’s background. But there’s still some mystery about him. It’ll be interesting to see how their story will end especially after the cliffhanger. Hopefully we won’t have to wait too long for the final book. I give The Billionaire’s Fascination two thumbs up!!

Loved loved loved this book. The Billionaire’s fascination is the sequel to The Billionaire’s Arrangement and is an amazing follow up
Paul Crane is just as closed off and possessive as ever, and Nadia is hopelessly in love with him hoping he will return her affection. Adversaries and illnesses threaten their relationship and we the reader can’t help but want to fight along with the couple.
The Billionaire’s Fascination is an exceptional read and very well written. Highly recommended

I finished this within a day since it was too engrossing not to.

Nadia is still navigating through a "charmed life " while Paul is realizing that there is more to life and love from his self-contained / controlling rules.

This is the second book in The Kept Trilogy. The Billionaire’s Fascination continues Paul Crane and Nadia Sokol’s story. It’s written from Nadia’s POV so the reader won’t get a glimpse of what’s inside Paul’s head. However, the reader will see it all from Nadia’s perspective, which makes this story worth reading. It features billionaire romance, age gap, and angst. Also, like the first book, it deals with some triggering subjects.



While trying to figure out everything that’s happened, Nadia ran away to her parent’s house. Her arrangement with Paul was supposed to be fun until she started having deeper feelings for him. He wants her but can never marry her or love her or give her the real relationship she wants. But she’s trying to make him see that being his kept woman hurts her more than it was benefiting her. So he decides to try a relationship with her.

His life is never easy as everyone intrudes on his privacy or befriends him to gain something or hurt him. Now Nadia will be subjected to the same thing, and he made her aware that a relationship with him won’t be easy. Nadia needed to be more careful about who she trusted and made some naïve mistakes. Like trusting Sophie again or letting people’s words affect her.



A lot of what happened in this book gave me all the feels and I had my moments of being angry, in tears, and happy. It was a real rollercoaster of emotions for me. Every page I read made me feel something new. I couldn’t put it down. Readers may find it challenging to go through this book as it contains elements of BDSM and voyeurism. In addition, there are dark aspects of loss and abuse flashbacks.



Nadia’s friendship with Xander is strong. He was there for her every step of the way, even when she wasn’t sure of herself. He’s the tough love she needed when she doubted everything. I loved reading about their interaction. Xander was a significant source of encouragement and support for Nadia. He showed her she was capable of more than she thought. Their friendship was an important part of Nadia’s growth and development.

Also, her relationship with her parents was warm and loving. They are the reason Nadia is strong and determined. Even when her past and her real parents’ secrets unravel, her family never left her feeling alone or unwanted.

It’s an emotional book that ends on a cliffhanger. But to me, this ending could have been it; a bittersweet one. However, I need answers! There is a lot I still want to know and I want to see the HEA. Their story is one I know I will revisit and reread.
