Has all the qualities one's looking for in a primer -- not too long, well-organized, accessible language. Of course, the book is almost a decade old, and since much new research has been conducted since 2007, I would see if there's a later edition.

The writing was disjointed and the autism treatment suggested is not one that is in common practice in early childhood.
