The only it didn't get five stars is because some of the information is dated. Other than that, this should be required reading for all fire officers.

Most books of this type focus on the large, involved, and complicated incidents that require multiple companies to handle. In contrast, this book focuses on those calls that likely can be handled with a single company (though more may be required, and the reasons why that would be the case are discussed). Since most of our calls fall into this category (single company), finding information on how to handle them is difficult. This book fixes that problem. I highly recommend it.
