I’m using this book for just Eddie’s first biography as it is not on Goodreads. Heartwarming and funny (of course), Eddie takes us through his life up until 1928 before Whoopee premiers. It was fun learning about his childhood and rise to fame through a voice that David Freeman really captures. It was really interesting to see where his different scenes in Glorifying the American Girl, Getting a Ticket, and Insurance came from! Definitely worth a read—now onto the next!
