I had to pick up Brian's book as I love his gardening and cooking content on social media.
I consider myself pretty knowledgeable in gardening with Master Gardening & Master Composter training, so I'm excited when a gardening book can teach me something new. This book did not disappoint. It was an easy read and covered all parts of planning and caring for a garden from design to pruning to weeding. It does not go into detail on how to prune or weed, but mentions the benefits. Brian covered the veggies (cold and hot climate) and herbs he loves to grow in detail and how to thoughtfully plan your garden by studying the shadows and seasons. The only feedback I'd provide is that on the pages for the chapters - they are orange in color and white font on orange may be difficult to read for some.
