Find out how to achieve maximum results in minimum time, and get insider knowledge of hair cut and color, choosing the perfect fragrance, working out an ideal skincare regime, or applying makeup for day or night. Take a look at the latest state-of-the-art, high-tech teeth whitening, non-surgical facelifts, Botox, and collagen. Or choose a holistic approach, with recipes for easy treatments to make at home. And from the the products that international beauty editors can’t do without.
Cover makeup, skincare, haircare & emotion well-being (even has a small section on yoga). No application directions, just general tips. They do mention specific products & have reviews of those products. (Note: The authors live in the UK so some of the brands mentioned aren't available to US girls.) I really like the layout of this book, the colors, fonts, pictures, etc made me very excited to read it & the writing style really held my interest. Authors do lean toward natural products when available. One thing I've noticed it that twice in the book a sentence will be cut off in the middle & not continue anywhere else in the book. Publishing error? This is the first beauty book I've read so far that has made me want to run out & buy my own copy.
