I'm not totally against drugs and alcohol but think it is great that this book is out there because it shows kids how they can have fun and feel "high" without needing any of those things, all they need is their own bodies, it's all natural. It's sort of like an alternative or just things to do for fun even if you do like drinking sometimes.

Good!

It wasn't a story, but it had SO MUCH good information and ideas for people who deal with addiction or struggle with mental illness.

Still, I would recommend this to everyone, even if they only flip through it a bit. This is basically a book fill of ways to feel good and tons you can do to keep being happy. I think that's useful info for anyone.
