Good but not the best--check out the Lonely Planet for that--this does have more paladares and casa particulares than it does, and as these are the very best source of both food and culture in Cuba, that is worth having.
Fabulous amount of information for anybody wanting background information on the various regions and cities of Cuba.
The information on prices and how to travel around the country without having to stay at expensive resorts would be very valuable for the budget minded traveler.
