Muli ay ipinain niya ang kanyang sarili pero sa pagkakataong iyon ay para masira ang magandang reputasyon ni Lt. Jericho sa mata ng mga kasamahan niya. Ngunit hindi niya inakalang babalik sa kanya ang ginawa niya. Natagpuan na lamang niya ang sarili na ikinakasal kay Lt. Jericho.

Pananagutan daw siya nito sa kabila ng ginawa niyang pandadahas dito!

I've heard a lot of corrupt military officers for awhile, being budge by the media for doing it so. Nothing change and still the same, people loves to corrupt money and power owned by the people and far more worst if people discover you are a military officer. A military was one of the country's most important people, they protect people from wars and combats. But what if soldiers broke their rites and become the evil of the country?

When Lt. Samuel Jericho went to Puerto Real to reassigned because of some issues in Basilan, he become known after destroying higher people because of their corrupt minds, he was bestowed with a beautiful lady on his first day of staying in Puerto Real but can she avoid the beauty of the mysterious girl, Leanne, or be like the others who wanted to destroy the name of honor by using their rights in a wrong way.

When Leanne heard that Jericho was assigned to investigate for the Kampilan, she never hesitates to move forward to her own limitation, why? -Because it was her mission to hide the identity of the Kampilan. But one day when she woke up, she was at the side of Jericho saying yes to a marriage proposal. Can they save the town of Puerto Real or another tragedy that will kill innocent at the time of war?

This is the slowest phased book I ever read after the first book of Kampilan. There is major changes in the book, not its language used but the characters that are popping. Jericho and Leanne never mentioned in the first book and you will have this brain break-up when reading the first few chapters. So far, this is my least favorite in the series but did not disappoint me from reading it and the last book.

I don't have further comments from this book but she added a lot of sex scenes here and trying to emphasize romance but it never did. The whole thing was a mess but I like how Jericho tamed Leanne by following the other character's advice. But anyway, I was hoping for a more hardcore war scenes here. I'm not a war shock kid in the block but I enjoyed watching old local movies until now, with romance and suspense. A true warrior can protect the country and the person he loves.
