A thoroughly researched book that details the history of the lever guns of the old west, as well as their modern replicas. Throw in well researched and documented information on reloading black powder and smokeless loads in each caliber for the various lever guns and you have one of the most comprehensive books on classic lever guns. If you are in SASS, a collector of firearms, or only have an interest in this types if guns this book will have something to offer. I highly recommend it.
