Some of these satirical songs have aged very well and are still funny and relevant almost thirty years later (Ere You Left Your Room This Morning [Young Man, Shave Your Face] for example). Others (including many of the illustrations), have really, really not. The racial caricatures in particular are problematic and unnecessary.
