Set in Sydney, this is about Cassandra, a career woman turning 40, her sister who's married with children but unfulfilled and unhappy, and her best friend who longs for a baby but can't find the right man. The premise was good, but none of the characters are likeable, the story wasn't that interesting, and the ending somewhat predictable.

I thought this book was going to be another "chick romance" book, but the girl who lent it to me has good taste so I took it on. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I really enjoyed this story. It was well written and the characters were relatable and interesting. A really good Aussie book!
