February 14, 2018This book is a bland read, but concise and informative. It focuses on program evaluation through the use of the C4 approach which strives to turn ideas into actions using the four C’s: client, content, control and communication.
It starts with the historic context of evaluation, leading into the basics which are expanded to provide a complete understanding of how to create, implement and communicate an effective evaluation.
