Great stuff - excellent handbook both as an introduction to experiential and social learning, and as a recipe book for tons of ways to turn a lecture ("the most efficient path for the contents of a teachers notes to get to the contents of a students notes without passing through the brain of either") into a performance enhancing learning experience.
