This book sucks. Firstly its very technical, like how would you expect chronic patients to understand what you're saying. this book isn't for me. But overall, I've gotta give the writer some credit for putting in all this effort to help people manage their anxiety, but i mean, it needs some refining,
It’s useful and the roots of it are good but it is so repetitive you might want to rip your eyes out. Maybe that’s me who hates reading essays/ more academic style books but hey. If you skim read it you’ll get the gist.
