Skim read. There is an introduction, brief history of scenic practices, overview of the forms of theater, shop layout and standard tools, discussion of various construction documents (drawings, plans, models, etc.), materials used in building scenery, construction techniques, installation and rigging, a look at stock scenery, and the conclusion.
