An amazing and concise translation of the I Ching, fully able to understand the dynamics of this ancient form of divination. With study, I could teach myself to read it, but I'm not sure the I Ching resonates fully with me. There are sexist elements associated with gender norms you have to follow in order to understand the opposition ideas that are key to reading what the hexagrams mean. I want to know more deeply what the Chinese characters mean and how they relate to the hexagram combinations so I can rally a more progressive interpretation. Perhaps at some other point in my life.
