Good summary of everything from training needs analysis (identifying level of competence (Knwldg, Sklls, Attitds) required, noting gaps, planning measures to remediate), to summary of key theories and their origination.

Led me to resources to take the MBTI and Kiersey profile online. Not to mention Peter Honey's hilariously written bio.
