Whodunit? Who killed Beth Martin just days after her long-awaited facelift, and a month after the suspicious death of her husband? Who knew the late Mrs. Martin would have a deadly reaction to a certain prescription drug? And why would that person dare to switch the pills in Beth's medicine bottle? Who wants cosmetic surgeon Dan Foster out of the way--or at least out of the Vancouver area of British Columbia? Wants him out of the way enough to frame him for murder? Who can help Dan play detective and clear his good name? Can local news anchor (and former patient) Jessica Meyers? Or will they both be next on the hit man's list? If Dan can't clear his name, his career will end and a killer will be on the loose, free to strike again. The stakes are high and time is running out. . . . What will Dr. Foster do?

WHOA!! That was amazing! Have you read this? You need to read this.
Where in the world do I start? There's so many characters I could mention, but that's a good thing! I guess we'll see how long this review turns out to be!
The Characters:
Dan Foster was one of the main characters and I absolutely loved him! He had such a nice, doctorly *coughs* personality. I really felt bad for him throughout the whole story since he was accused of murder. And let's not talk about the time he broke his nose, tripped - which he hit his nose in the process of falling - and then later straightening it. AHH! Okay, he's a brave soul. After all, he is a doctor! A facelift doctor at that! Anyway, I really liked him! The only problem is that he's not saved, but, maybe that'll change...
Jessica next. I must admit that I actually wished she had been the murderer, because earlier in the book I didn't like her that much. But later on, I started liking her witty personality more! She's a news agent and kind of spirited! I love how she and Dan met and stuck together!
Mike. Oh Mike. One just has to love him! I mean he's a undercover cop (wait, I probably shouldn't have said that...), I have to like him! We don't talk about that fact, he's very loyal to his brother and Aunt, and he knows how to fight. Oh and, he's Christian! Can it get any better than that?!
Aunt Elinor was a hoot! She made me laugh - such a typical lady!!
Okay, that's it for the characters. I don't want to mention all of them - especially the person who actually is the murderer!
The Story-line: Oh my! Let's talk about this for a little bit! The suspenseful mystery was amazing! The authors did an amazing job working it out - it left me trying to figure out who the murderer was until close to the end! I actually had my suspicions on one of the main bad people, but then the story took a different path that led to yet anther bad person who I didn't suspect! Wow, it was incredible! And when the book says it's a suspense ... well, it is!
Content: The part when Dan gets a broken nose is rather intense; it did have me feeling it the whole time! It kind of makes me feel sick as well! Since this is suspense, mystery book, there's a lot of parts that are going to be intense! Also, since Dan is a facelift doctor, there is a scene of him fixing the face of a lady.
There's a couple hugs and holding hands, but they weren't done for the wrong reason.
All-in-all: You need to read this if you haven't! Well, even if you have, read it again! It's amazing! I loved every bit of it, and it's definitely worth reading the 348 pages!!!!
This is another excellent read! Its is an engaging thriller with awesome characters and very much re-readable fun. Love this story. Need to read it for the 12th time again soon!!
