Our underworld is filled with bloodshed and malice, and darkness dominates our lives. It’s our world… where limits are built of smoke, and their rules have no power. And when we find the object of our deepest desires, we are ruthless. Nothing, not even their defiance, will stand in our way. We cast our shadows on them, and they give our corruption a purpose. Before, we were breaking the rules for ourselves. Now, we are breaking every rule for them.

Review for The Bratva’s Enforcer by LK Shaw and Rachel Everly
Rushing to finish an account recollection in the cold, dead of night Natalya shockingly discovers so much more when she interrupts a terrifying scene between her father and four men from the Bratva. Hiding in the shadows before rushing to protect her father she learns of his deception and the danger he’s brought to their family. Begging for her father’s life, she offers herself in exchange for his debt. Even though she’s furious and terrified, she’s also intrigued by the huge, dangerous enforcer that she’s fantasized about for years. Now she gets to experience his interest up close and personal.
Sasha has been infatuated with Natalya for years after seeing her dance. She’s beautiful, graceful, and full of light. When she offers herself up on a silver platter to save her father, it’s an offer he can’t refuse and after getting to know her he’s not sure he’ll be able to let her go.
The story was an age-gap romance told in dual POV. It was a fast, enjoyable read full of chemistry, passion, a growing bond, semi-instalove, and the desire for more.
I have only had the advantage of reading Vengeful Ties by Emmaleigh Loader so far. But base of the short detailed pack of her story which was published in this, I will be back for more. Emmaleigh was able to write a short addicting story that left you wanting to binge read all her other books. I think she also did a great job.
This is an anthology with 9 novellas by various authors. Most are truly short stories with an ending. However some are prequels or just the start of a story that continues in subsequent novels. Most were 4-5 stars, only two were 3.5 or less. Following us a brief review of each story.
The Bratva's Enforcer by LK Shaw & Rachel Everly - 5 stars
Big Bad mafia enforcer with a soft heart. Her father, a bookkeeper for the Bratva, makes bad decisions, steals from the Bratva. She pleads for her father's life so "Bad" takes her, giving her father an additional month to pay back money stole. She's always been attracted to "Bad" but never told anyone. He's been attracted to her also after seering her dance, but knew his boss (a friend he grew up with) was not thrilled about it so never pursued her. But now he has her in his home.
She's an innocent who's slowly corrupted. This is a slow burn and totally believable. But these two will have to deal with the big boss, her family and even the Italians (who her father also stole from) before they can get their HEA.
Loved that the Big Bad was caplable of being sweet and tender with her. Loved that she stood up to him. Their story continues in "Heir to the Bratva" which is currently available as a pre-order.
Darkest Desires by Kristen Luciani & Londyn Quinn - 3 stars
Cute story, but missing something. I realize this is a novella, but the ending is a bit abrupt. New York, Irish mafia princess ordered to marry a man she's never met. The man has a bad rep when it comes to how he treats women. Her father leaves town leaving a mutally agreed upon third party to deliver her to the wedding in Chicago. On the way, attraction blooms and they ultimately give in to it.
I love the way the author deals with their emotions. Her dealing with dispair, the end of her dreams. Him wanting out of mafia ties, and with the completion of this job, he would be free, but ... her. What I didn't love - The morning after they give in to their attraction and desire, he sets her free. Instead of delivering her to Chicago, he calls in someone he trusts to take her away and help her disappear. There's a brief suggestion of how they might "disappear" together, but we don't see any of it happen or get real details of what they decide. My research shows no sequel to date.
Marigold and Mayhen by Amber Davis - 4.5 stars
Another sweet story with a big bad, named Sergio Vitale. Only in this one he doesn't take her... Instead he saves her from a dangerous situation and becomes her protector. Shy girl, kind of introverted, only has her grandfather and the book store they own and run together. It's her legacy and she hides herself in books. But trouble comes when a developer, with a nasty rep, not only wants the bookstore property, but has designs on her as well. It's Sergio who saves her when the developers goons come for her. It won't be the last time they try to take her, but now she and hers are under his protection and the protection of the Agosti famiglia. Love that he fell so quick and was so protective of her. She's the light to his dark. This is insta-love and there's a proposal in a matter of weeks and a marriage in 3 months. (Not impossible as my hubby asked me two weeks after our first date and we were married 3 months from the day we met. 38 yrs later and we're still going strong. See ... Possible!)
Ante by E M Shue - 5 stars Now ths one has more substance. Yes, the H falls for her at first sight (seems to be a theme in this anthology), but she's not yet 18 so he waits and watches her. She's had a rough life, abused by her father and brother. Now only her brother still lives and he steals her money to gamble. He also plans to sell her for money to pay the "ante" in a high stakes poker game.
Surprisingly, there are lots of twists and turns for a short story. Also lots of action, danger and excitement (she's abducted twice). Loved this one. Had more meat to it. One of those stories I didn't want to end!
Mr. Big by Bella Di Corte - 5 stars
Didn't want this story to end either. Reading it, the time flew by and when it was over, it just seemed too soon. I wanted more. I wanted it to keep going on and on. I wanted so much more of Big and Leonora and their story.
If you love Mac in Machiavellian, you will love Big! (If you don't love Mac, it can only be because you haven't read it yet...You should!). Like Mac, Big is the perfect hero. He will make you swoon and your panties melt. (Or maybe that's just Bella's writing.)
Bella is one of the very few authors where I can write a review without telling any of the story. It's because there's so much to say about her writing, the emotions she evokes in her stories. Bella's books are a work of art. She not only paints a beautiful picture and makes you feel all the emotions, she brings her stories to life so you live it.
Mr. Big is no different. Yes, this story is romantic with just enough danger. But it's so much more. It's hot and steamy and, oh boy ... that shower scene gave me butterflies! If you want to experience that giddy, butterflies in your stomach, heart stopping emotion of love at first sight...read Mr. Big. I promise you'll love it. For all you Bella fans, you'll love how she's woven some of the characters we love from her other books into this one. Ten stars! (I know I can only give 5, but it deserves so many more!). FYI - Bella has since published an expanded (full length novel) version of this book (same title).
Amidst the Chaos by A R Thomas - 4.5 stars
Another one I loved and wanted more. A sight unseen, forced marriage, between one families second in command and enforcer and the eldest daughter of another, a daughter kept hidden so no one knows what she looks like. Neither wants the marriage, but they have no choice. But he ends up caring more for her than her own father who kept her scars secret when he arranged the marriage, even knowing that once discovered after the wedding, she could be rejected and possibly in jeapordy. It's what she expects, but things don't go exactly as she thought. It's a slow road to trust and respect, but love happens on the way.
The MMC's paranoid, vicious boss who trusts no one, and his woman who, it turns out, had been taken and tortured by the same lunatic as the MFC years before; a breach on the compound and a new attack on the MFC as well as suspicions about her father, all add to the excitement and danger in this one. What was missing? I wanted more. I wanted to find out who the attacker was and why he targeted both women. Did her father have anything to do with it and, if so, what part he played? Would love to see this story expanded to give us some answers.
Stolen Bride by Malverna McFarlane - 4 stars
Great story with an ending that's not really an ending as this story continues in another book. So yes, this story ends with the main threat to the MFC and her sisters being dealt with. But the epilogue reminds us that even when an enemy dies, they usually go after family too so that she and her sisters are not completely safe yet. It also gives us a little surprising tidbit that's going to evolve into something in the next part.
This story is well told. With a villain for a father who's been at war with the Arroyo family for years. That war cost him his only son. Now he wants to avenge his son and is willing to sacrifice his daughter to do it, knowing that what he's asking of her will result in her death. What he doesn't know is the third party hired under the illusion of ending the war is actually going to put a big wrench in his plans. Plenty of action, excitement and steam in this one. Yes, I will definitely be looking forward to reading the sequel!
Dare You by Quinn Marlowe - 4 stars
I loved it and I didn't. Why I love it. Great story, loved the characters. Why I didn't love it. Not exactly your HEA ending ... kind of leaves you hanging with a war started between their two families. Ends with each going to support their family with promises to start negotiating peace and getting back together.
Problem: Neither is head of their family nor even has much influence. Additionally, who's really responsible for the attack that finally set it off because it's not the family they believe responsible. See...too much left without solutions. Sure hope there's some sequels to this one.
Vengeful Ties by Emmaleigh Loader - 3.5 stars
This story coves several years of the MFC's life, beginning with a prologue when she's about 5 or 6, followed by chapters spanning teen years through 20's. She's a b@da$$ heroine but a trauma in her youth has hardrned her. Loved the concept of this story.
Not sure I liked the method of the big reveal. It goes back in time to the MFC's 16th birthday party, a scene we previously read about, only this time we're given more detail which reveals Killian's (MMC's) true identity. The bad thing about this is that we've been reading about her into her 20's, believing she didn't know his identity (though we, the readers, have begun to suspect) only to now discover that she knew his identity since her 16th birthday. Competely changes the feel of everything we've read and some scenes might not make as much sense now.
Sadly, this story doesn't end here. Instead it continues in "Vengeful Deceit, Mafia Ravensdale Book 2", so we're left with a cliff hanger in that none of the main issues are resolved in this book. This would have been better as a full length novel to begin with; with the identity reveal in real time and her dscovery of it much later...like at the point just before we went back in time. Would have had more impact and I would have liked to read about her discovery and reaction in real time.
Time flew by as I was reading this anthology. I could not put it down! Each story was so good I did not want it to end. There is so much I could say about each story, but being as they are all short, I don’t want to give anything away. Each one was unique, well-written, and easy to follow. The characters were well-developed and dimensional. Though each story was short, each one had great world and character building. Each had depth and intrigue. They are all also super hot and smeggsy. One of my personal faves was Mr. Big by Bella Di Corte. This is not the same Mr. Big that Carrie Bradshaw married. This one will make your panties melt right off. It had the perfect combination of romance and danger. Another fave was Amidst the Chaos by AR Thomas. Combined with the mafia world, this story gives us an intriguingly dangerous twist on the marriage of convenience trope. No matter which one you choose as your favorite, each story will give you a fun ride with different tropes such as marriage/relationship of convenience, alpha male, captive, dark, suspense, and age gap. Each was captivating and full of chemistry, steam, and passion. Unexpected and thrilling twists kept me enthralled throughout. Thank you to DS Promotions for gifting me this wonderful new anthology in exchange for an honest review.
Just from the teasers that we got of Ronan I knew without a doubt this man would have my heart in a death grip. This book is a marriage of convenience between two families in the brutal world of the mafia. Ronan Michaels is the second in command to Connor Brayford, now Ronan is being forced into the marriage because Connor has his heart set on a particular female named Lola since divorcing his now ex wife Gabriella. You will learn very quickly that neither Ronan or Cara want to be getting married, but doing it for the families. Cara has a very traumatic past that her father failed to reveal when setting up the marriage, but no worries there because Ronan has no issues taking care of that hands on. When they finally give into the sexual tension between the two of them, sucks it had to be after the damn attack but at least barriers were broken. After a whole lot of getting to know each other feeling we’re formed & when she faced that sick man that attacked her I know Ronan was enjoying every moment. Even for a short story I still felt like I got the details I needed & I absolutely loved seeing Ronan actually start showing feelings for another person especially his wife! I absolutely loved their story, can’t wait to read the whole box set!
Wow what a damn good box set of stories which hooked me from the very first page to the last page of the last book. Fatally I started this late in the day and was up most of the night reading but well worth losing sleep over
Vengeful Ties by Emmaleigh Loader. This story oozes excitement, but the danger, suspense, intrigue and unexpected thrilling twists is what has kept me glued to her story. This story will have you wanting to stay up late in order to finish it.
Alessia Black Oh I was so not expecting this story in the Vows and Vendetta's Anthology to be what it was. I love that we finally get the background story of Alessia from first meeting her in the King's Wolves MC series. I can't wait to see how her story continues to unfold.
The Bratva’s Enforcer – L.K. Shaw This is a simply riveting anthology of wonderful stories by various excellent authors
I have to say that this been a simply wonderful read and when it was one of several stories by an assortment of excellent authors, I guarantee that you will love every one of them and they will also introduce you to the styles of these wonderful authors.
Natalya has been on his mind since the first time he saw her and has continued to do so and he has to say that the last five years have not waned his feelings or his yearnings and then when he has the opportunity to go against his loyalty to the Bratva, some thing he has never once dared to even contemplate.
She offers herself to him if he will renegue on his assignment of seeing her father killed for her sake, so when she makes me this offer there is nothing for it I have to do what I must and that is to take the woman I have thought constantly of and dreamed of having in my bed, my arms and my life.
I know that the Bratva will see this as a direct failure on my part and the promise I made to the brotherhood, I have to hope that my previous jobs as their Enforcer will continue to hold me in good stead so that I can provide for Natalya now that she is my responsibility.
I guarantee that you will enjoy this story along with all of the others in this wonderful anthology.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read. I voluntarily received and review an Advanced Reader Copy I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.
THE BRATVA'S ENFORCERS - (VOWS AND VENDETTAS) I started out reading this one by Rachel Everly but after reading it decided to just get the set and it is an amazing set if I must say so hang on and double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love (ALL THINGS TO EXPECT FROM THE MAFIA WORLD). By the time you’ve figured out who is who and what is what, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter! CAN’T SAY YOU WEREN’T WARNED!!!!! Natalya’s father worked for them as an accountant. He stole money from the Bratva, and we all know what happens when you steal from them, they of course come after everything/everyone you love. She happens to be who he loves so they send their enforcer after her to hold her until her father gives them what belongs to them, but no one told him about that part of him that beats called a heart and when it gets involved well sometimes plans don’t go as planned. Where does that leave them, her family, her father, her mother, will they still hurt them, and the boss has the last say in it all, but will it end with happiness? I will say read the whole set it is an amazing set each story will have you on the edge of your seat wondering where it all ends.
This is one of the best books I've read this year! I was captivated right from the start and loved every single second of it. I love when books do that!
Imagine being taken by someone you have had feelings for for many years. A man who has been just as obsessed with you the whole time. Sasha and Natalya's chemistry is off the charts and we get to follow along on their spicy journey.
Sasha may be an enforcer, but he has a soft spot for his solnishko. He'll do anything for her, even breaking the rules. He knows what he wants and he takes it. He says exactly what is on his mind 🥵🔥. I mean, does it get any hotter than that? He's a bit older and so much more experienced in every possible delicious way. He's also very protective of the woman he loves. I love reading men like Sasha.
Natalya is a young and an innocent bystander in this whole situation. Her father has done some things that have made some very dangerous people very angry, all for the love for his family. Now, she is collateral. Taken by the man she's had a crush on for many years. Her life changes in the blink of an eye, and it turns out to be everything she's dreamed of.
If I could give this more than 5⭐️'s, I would. If you like Mafia romance, even if you don't, you need to read this book.
I was lucky enough to receive an ARC for Vengeful Ties by Emmaleigh Loader, and below you can find my thoughts on it.
If you have read the Kings Wolves MC books, you will for sure have encountered Alessia Black. Have you not read this series, you absolutely must, so run to Amazon and get it immediately.
The first time I encountered her in that series, I was like “wow what a badass b*tch. I wonder what made her that way 🤔”
With this book I got my answer, and holy sh*t, I am not surprised Alessia acts the way she does. With what she has been through since the age of 7, it is a surprise she hasn’t become more twisted than she is, and that she still has morals.
As, with the Kings Wolves MC series, this book is heavy on the killing and torture description, but the book is really REALLY good, and I devoured it in a couple of hours (yes, I am a speed-reader 😉)
I would recommend you, not to read this before you have had the chance to dive into Stitch in the Kings Wolves MC series, as there are some crossovers happening in Vengeful Ties. That being said, it is a must read, and I myself can’t wait for the next book, to find out what happens further with Alessia and her “boyfriend”.
This is my first book by AR Thomas and it was really good. It’s a dark mafia romance so always check trigger warnings before reading.
This is the story about Ronan Michaels who is second in command to Connor. Connor forces him to marry the olderst daughter of the Irish mafia. But Ronan isn’t to keen on it, he never wanted to marry but he will do whatever Connor asks of him. He thinks he will marry a timid little woman who will do whatever he says but he is sorely mistaken. Cara is beautiful and innocent, she has been scarred by an earlier event so when she’s supposed to marry this brute of a man she’s terrified of him. She finds her strenght and makes him see what could be between them. She puts him in his place a couple of times and the banter between them, the tension is sometimes so GOOD! All here for it!
I really liked the story. This was such a fast read, i finished it in one night. It flowed really well and i just couldn’t put it down, i needed to know what would happen next. And when i finished it, i was sad to not get anymore of them. Oh and let’s not forget about the spice, He knew what he was doing, it was freaking hot, from the first moment they meet all the way until the end of the book.
****This review is for A.R. Thomas "Amidst the Chaos"**** A short arranged marriage story that had plenty of angst. Neither Cara nor Ronan wanted together married but they did it anyway. It was dark, it was gritty and it was good. They both learned about each other and their feelings changed. Ronan was ruthless and cold blooded. He came to care for Cara and vowed not to let anything happen to her. Cara was still timid, but was becoming stronger and you could see that over time they'd become a team. Really well written story, would love to see this expanded on, I think it would be great!

“And the minute I got him alone, I was going to remind him exactly how much he’d always wanted me. And what he’d promised me the last time we saw each other.”
“You’re just what, Brooks?” he whispered against my mouth. “Because I’ve never thought you were ‘just’ anything.”
A novella in the Rossi series !!! A mafia romance about a girl without a true identity, Brooks Peterson, being in the middle of a war between the family she chose for herself (the Brennans and the Rossis) and the man she has loved for a long time, Anthony Massimo. I think I may have developed a passion for this series that it is not normal !!! This was just a novella but added to the whole series was such an amazing piece added to the collection of this found family series with dark vibes, that are very dark but very spicy !!! Anthony and Brooks’ tension was so thick it made me feel goosebumps !!!! I loved every second of it. And the fact that it was a novella made me only more excited about the next instalment!!!!
“We’d known each other too long to trust each other. We’d also known each other long enough to know that if we acted on the tension stretching between us, we’d get in trouble.”
“They were hurting my family. And I wasn’t going to keep my nose out of it when I might save them.”
Review of Bratva's Enforcer by L.K. Shaw where Natalya is going to deli owned by Bratva head's grandparents to look over why accounts not coming out as they should, even though her father says he will take care of it...but she's almost there, so proceeds...then sees that Enforcer Sasha is there threatening her father, the Bratva Accountant...to keep her father safe from more harm, she agrees to go with Sasha for the 30 days her father, Boris, has to return money stolen from Bratva...Sasha has been interested in Natalya since her saw her dance in a ballet years ago, but she's too young for him, or is she??? She's secretly had a crush on Sasha for years, so 30 days may not be long enough...but you will need to read the story to see what happens...I voluntarily read this story through an Advanced Reader Copy.
This story is absolutely phenomenal. Leonora is amazing. I love her strength and who she is overall. Tullio Biggati "Mr Big" is exceptional. His is so perfect and magnificent. Leonora and him are extraordinary together. From the moment they meet their connection is so remarkable and intense. I love how Leonora can hold her own and the Tullio loves and respects that about her. I love how Bella connected The Fausti family and Corrado from Mercenary to the characters in the book.
Bella Di Corte always hits the mark. Her books are truly one of the bests books I have read. I can always count on her to write a beautiful, heartfelt, and authentic story. Every single one of her books has made an impact on me.
I voluntarily reviewed this book after receiving ARC.
Kindle Unlimited: No Stand-alone: Yes Author: Rachel Everly and LK Shaw Rating: 4/5 ⭐️ Spiciness Rating: 2/5 🌶 POV: First Person Dual Perspective Main Couple: Natalya and Sasha Trope(s): Age-Gap, Mafia, Forced Proximity
The Bratvas Enforcer is part of the Vows and Vendetta's Anthology. This is a quick read that goes from zero to one hundred real fast.
Natalya is majoring in accounting just finishing up with college. Her plan was to continue helping her father, leaving her dreams of dance behind.
When Natalya walks in on business her father has with the Bratva, the consequence is leaving with Sasha, the Enforcer.
Sasha has low key been obsessed with Natalya for years. Now the opportunity to have her in his space has landed in his lap and it is not one he will let go.
One should not steal from the Bratva - especially to the tune of three million dollars. Natalya is going to pick up receipts from her dad as the accounts do not balance. She also helps to care for her mom who needs infusions, her brother and sister when she is not in school. The Bratva are there, questioning her father. Including the delicious yet dangerous Enforcer Ben.
Ben offers to take on the debt - in return he also takes Natalya. Natalya was a ballet dancer prior to injury, and Ben has had his eye on her since he first saw her dance. A sensual journey follows, along with all that goes with being associated with the mafia. Exciting and romantic.
Vows and Vendettas: A Mafia Romance Anthology. This is a multi author set and contains a nice mix or dark and gritty along with strong and determined. My review is for Mr. Big by Bella Di Corte. Leonora is a keeper for sure. I loved the take no crap attitude, the never ending love for her family, and the way she persevered in the less than stellar life she was dealt. Desperate times call for desperate measures, she will do anything to help her brother. And Tullio aka Mr. Big is awesome! I loved everything about him and the way he handled her, his family, and especially the business. He brings HOT to a whole new level. Oh and don't even get me started on Kitty- she is a gem! Over all, I enjoyed this story and would recommend to others.
I originally was given an arc copy of Vengeful Ties by Emmaleigh Loader, and loved that story so much that I bought the entire anthology. The darkness of the stories mixed with the well written plots and amazing characters just made this book incredible. I really loved Alessia's character in Vengeful Ties and just how truly bad@$$ she is. You see what feels like snippets of her life and the emotions and ordeals she's had to go through, and it really brings your closer to her character. Killian was also fascinating in the few moments we seen of him, so I'm hoping we get a full length novel soon!
All in all the book was so worth the read and did not disappoint with any of these fantastic authors!
Fast paced mafia romance. Although this is a short story, there is plenty of action for entertaining the reader. When Tullio Biggati, Mr Big meets eyes with Leonora, he is instantly attracted. He immediately finds out all her details. He quickly maneuvers her into a quick engagement, calling her Mrs Big before the first night is over.
Leonora is fighting to survive. She works at a gentleman’s club and struggles to raise her two teenage brothers. She gained custody when she was barely 20. Times are hard but she does whatever she can. She has been hurt in the past and her trust is minimal.
They both are a bit wary of the quick feeling but are unable to stop. I loved both characters and I wished the story was longer so we could get the full effect of Mr Big pushing Leonora out if her comfort zone. However, we get a bit of the future and it’s looks interesting.
This is a review of The Bratva’s Enforcer by LK Shaw and Rachel Everly
She’s helping her dad, as she’s rushing to finish an account recollection, she stumbles over so much more. She interrupts a confrontation between her dad and four Bratva men. As she rushes in to save her dad, she learns of his deception and the danger he brought to their family. She begs for his life and offers herself in exchange for his debt. She’s intrigued by the dangerous enforcer that she fantasized about for years. He’s infatuated with her for years and now he can’t let her go. This is an excellent age-gap romance full of chemistry and passion.
This is a review for The Bratva’s Enforcer by LK Shaw and Rachel Everly.
I loved this so much I wish there was more of Sasha and Natalya. Although the circumstances of their union was due to Natalya’s father stealing from the Bratva and Natalya being taken as payment for her father’s debt this book was immensely entertaining and very powerful. Lots of drama and some very steamy moments and although Natalya was taken captive the love that transpired between her and Sasha was very real. I was hooked and hope to be able to read more about them in the future. Amazing.
I received an arc copy from the author and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
Man...I wish I had the courage and the balls to do what Leonora does in the name of family. I know that I would have been scared beyond scared...LOL. That being said, because of her courage, she literally lives a fairy tale...a mafia fairy tale, but still :)
Tullio, Mr. Big, is AMAZING!!!! You can tell from the moment they meet each other that he would lay his life down for Leonora. After all, it's her beauty and courage that spoke to him.
I really don't know how Bella continues to write stories (no later the length) that pull me in so deep that I believe I'm living the story. This was short, to the point and absolutely amazing!
I really enjoyed this novella. I love Bratva books and age gap and this book had both. Sasha & Natalya liked each other from afar but were forced together under heartbreaking circumstances.
I loved how Sasha stayed true to who he is. He's not a nice man no matter how you dress him up. He loved Natalya with everything in him.
Natalya loved him for who he is. Sasha was the bad boy that everyone loves to have as their book boyfriend.

"There’s no room for tenderness in my life. But for once, I want to be… for her. For the sunlight to my darkness."
I was blessed with an ARC of the Bratva's Enforcer in exchange for an honest review. Natalya helps her dad out by keeping the books for his business. Of course, the Russian Bratva is everywhere. The tale starts when she stops by the business to work on the books (even after her dad said not to bother) and finds the enforcer there with her father. A deal is struck and the tale moves from there. Loaded with action, heat, relationships and emotions---this book was a could not put it down. Highly recommend it! As part of this anthology I can assume the rest are just as enthralling! Can't wait to read them all.
