My story tells of a powerful nation that was destroyed.... its inhabitants all but extinct. In a desperate attempt to save the last of their kind they hibernated in hollow spheres. Little did they know then that they would be flung over half the universe to land on a small blue planet at its early morning of civilisation. Would these creatures be able to find a way to survive here? Would you recognize them if you saw them? I would.... They are known in legends as... Dragons.

Orelaith is a young farm girl who's life is turned up side down by terrible events. And just when she believes all hope is lost she is saved by an ancient being we all recognize as a dragon.
Orelaith forms a friendship with the dragon and his kin. They help her see the world differently; they show her that even in darkness there is still beauty. And in turn Orelaith helps them to understand humanity.
Orelaith finds herself welcomed into a new family, a family of dragons who will protect her no matter the cost. And of course there are those who will seek to destroy what the dragons have worked foor…

A great beginning to a saga of dragons, mystery, myth and legends.
