I found this book very disappointing. For one- I'm don't think they actually tried their recipes since the photos featured weren't of the dishes listed on the left (they had extra or missing ingredients for example). Second- a few that I have actually researched before I bought this book and therefore know about weren't authentic in the way they were prepared. I tried a few of the recipes, but gave this book to the library since there are so many better ones out there.
