This book is great for everyone. Even though it focuses a bit on the sexual sins, it is also extremely relatable to everybody. Sinful thoughts isn't just the sexual, it can be worrying too much and many other things. I recommend this book to all genders. Because of the reading level, I would recommend the earliest age be late high school.
I read this book sometime between 2003 and 2004. Perhaps it was my fault rather than the book's, but it didn't take at all. I barely remember what was in it, except that the authors use "STOP" as an acrostic for their four recommendations on how to "tame your private thoughts."
