BRIEF SUMMARY
‘Twisted Obsession’ picks up from ‘Buried Secrets’ and follows the lives of Aleesha, Jerra and Keshia. Jerra and Darrel are expecting a baby, Aleesha and Marcus has a issue in their relationship, and Keshia is trying to enter in a new relationship.
THOUGHTS (May contain spoilers, I can’t help it)
Standing ovation to the author SK, on another outstanding plot that includes sex, lies, and video tapes. When women love in this book, they love hard with a twisted obsession. My review for ‘Buried Secrets’, scratch everything I said about book one, that was baby steps in comparison to book two. ‘Twisted Obsession is for grown folks. I might even suggest reading this one with your partner. I constantly had a full body blush throughout this book. The author’s imagination thrived, as she took this book to another level for her readers that have enjoyed her work. With that being said, the book contains explicit sex, multiple partners, and graphic language. If you, as a reader, are not openly adventurous with your reading and likes it sweet, then, you may not find this to your liking.
The book starts out with us reconnecting with Marcus and Aleesha. We get to know Marcus more in depth and the guys of sin city heat. The author periodically goes from past to present which gives a better understanding of their background. With Marcus and Aleesha’s story, there was a jealous co-worker, an obsessive co-worker and an infamous catfight. It was very entertaining and good, and of course, their chemistry is still as juicy as ever. Darrell and Jerra’s relationship was rock solid. They are expecting their first child and are on call whenever their friends needed them.
Now, for the juiciest story of them all, Keisha and Dominick. I always wondered why we never read much about Keshia in ‘Buried Secrets’. Nevertheless, for the second half of ‘Twisted Obsession’, Keisha, truly deserved the spotlight. Keisha is a closet freak and she does not play around. The author wrapped up issues with Marcus and Aleesha, and focuses on Dominick and Keisha’s story. Both Dom and Keisha’s chemistry was explosive, physically and verbally. In their relationship, when they took one step forward they took ten steps back. They seem to have everything working against them, but it made for an exciting read; they literally set my device on fire.
This book was a battle of the exes, and each character got a taste of twisted obsession, which is a very fitting title. They were all freaks in bed, but when relationships and friendships are put to the test, they had each other’s back. In other words, GET THE BOOK, and hope that book 3 will be out soon.
Sidebar: Katrina, a big help in Marcus’ situation, I think she and Michael, Keisha’s crush, are perfect for each other. Their roles weren’t big, but that would be interesting.

After the hotness of Buried Secrets SIN CITY HEAT SERIESreading this book was a foregon conclusion! Aleesha and Marcus were still having the hottest sex ever, but Keisha and Dom really took it to another level. Their scenes were purely explosive, and the strip club scene.....whew!!! Start fanning yourself now. Keisha certainly has the most colorful life of the three friends, and it certainly made for an interesting read. This author has quickly become one of my favorites, and I can't wait to read more.

Omgoodness this book was so good ... These steamy sex scenes these drama filled pages at every turn. I thought i knew who my fav couole was until Dom & Keish entered the picture now i just dk. Guess ill have to read on to find out...lol

Very Twisted!
The story was well developed. By ur blackberries were excellent. It was good to see the men of Sin City and to meet Angel. I can't wait to read more about Angel. I didn't care for Keisha at all. She's very twisted. The ladies showed that good friends are there for each other no matter what. They're perfect fit for their men. Perhaps, even Keisha, though I'm glad that I don't have a friend like her.
However, the sex in this book is more than erotica, it is pure pornography. Still, the characters and plot make it worth reading. You'll have to skip a lot to get past the nasty, descriptive, graphic sex unless that's the type of erotica you like. The other books aren't as bad but are full of pornography but not nearly as twisted. I'll go straight to Angel's Wrath and skip Eclipse. It doesn't have the pornography like this one. Still, there is erotica but the plot and characters are so engaging that It's easy to overlook the erotica.

This is my 3rd time reading this series. I love all the characters, they all have depth and a purpose for being in the story. We met Dom and Angel in this book and now it takes us to another level.

Drama, Drama, Drama
This series is amazing. I can't stop reading. There is just enough drama and suspense to keep you going back for more. I love the Alpha in all of the men. The women can be sassy, but they know how to submit when needed. I can't wait to hear more about Angel.

Sweet Mary McCarthy!!!!!! Lawd I can't even catch my breath!!!!!
If Book 2 is any indication of this series about to seriously pop off then I am going to lose a lot of sleep lol!!!!
In book 2 we catch up with everybody and new characters are introduced. We have Aleesha and Jerra now living in Las Vegas and their best friend Keisha still in Atlanta but planing on moving to Las Vegas. Jerra gives birth to a baby boy and everybody is over the moon about the newest addition to the family. But we all know that when everything rings well, there is bad stuff waiting to happen and this is where the sh*t hits the fan for everybody it seems.
Marcus who is a well known cardiologist and loved but he isn't feeling it from Aleesha because she keeps coming up with excuses for why she can't move to Las Vegas at the moment. Marcus is getting frustrated and angry, Aleesha is dragging her feet but could all that foot dragging cause her to lose Marcus? And if that isn't bad enough Marcus world explodes and it drags everyone into it. Now a side of Marcus that no one really knew existed (Beside his best friend) is about to be unleashed.
Jerra is still holding on to a very big secret but how long will she continue to keep it? As the old folks say, "What's in the dark will surely come to the light" the question is will Jerra be able to deal with the consequences once it's out.
Keisha takes front and center stage here. Homegirl is complicated to say the least, she has suffered a great loss with the death of her parents, she is a strong woman, and she is bisexual which I wasn't expecting that. Keisha meets Dominique aka Dom when She flies out to meet Jerra's baby at the hospital. There is a saying that "Instant attraction is more like an electric shock" you don't believe it can happen to you until your zapped by it.
Dominque is a divorced man who has joint custody with his ex wife of their daughter. You can tell right off the bat that he is a great dad and his daughter loves him to pieces. You meet the ex wife and can tell she is a hot mess (she is beautiful) but only on the outside and totally narcissistic. Dominique only had bed partners and nothing serious and enter Keisha and sparks fly but just when it seems they were starting to maybe get something going and episode brings it to a screeching halt.
And this is when it just pops off. The "Twisted Obsessions" that took place in this story you did not see coming (at least I didn't lol!!) There was total chaos and confusion. There was blackmail, heartache, misunderstanding, love worth fighting for, family, togetherness and the ride and die that you expect from them all.
We are introduced to a new character in this story Angelo "Angel" LaCroix the older brother of Dominique. What a complicated but interesting family dynamic these two have. And all I can say is, "I know this man is dangerous to his very core" and I look forward to reading more about him in his upcoming story.
Here is when you know you got a killer story on your hands, when you can read it and although there is a lot going on, you are not lost, your still on track and you totally understand what is going on. Author S.K did the darn thing with Book 2 it was totally on point and I loved it and couldn't put it down. Well I am off to read the next story

Book 2 continues with the same Vegas gang which the inclusion of Dominick who is Marcus and Darrell's good friend.
Marcus and Aleesha began to have problems as Aleesha is afraid to move to Vegas. Marcus seemed to be very patient with Aleesha but he is a man, hence another woman comes into the picture.
Darrell and Jerra, who are now happily married,are settling into their son to be roles of parents.
Keisha, Aleesha and Jerra's bisexual friend, begans to toy with having a relationship with Dominick who is a divorced dad of a little girl. After his divorce, Dominick is swearing off any type of commitment relationships. He would rather sex them and move on. That is until Keisha pops into his life. She feels the same way but love has no rules. They find themselves in each other's bed and heart but Keisha's ex-girlfriend, Rochelle has another plan in mind. She refuses to let go of the prior relationship she had with Kiesha.
The past meets up with them in Vegas and it is a force to be reckoning with. Will Keisha and Dominick survive Rochelle's wrath? Will Rochelle finally be able to let Keisha go? One click to find out.

The Sin City crew is back and part two picks up right where part one ended.
Aleesha is having issues letting the past go but if she isn't careful just maybe she won't have a future with Marcus either.
As Jerra seeks to bring new life into the world..still waters run deep as she remembers her 'buried secrets'.
Keisha is what one may call rough around the edges but could this handful succumb to the irrsistable Dominick Spain? When the unthinkable happens and Keisha becomes a target, things heat up in Sin City!
I enjoyed part two just as much as part one. Awesome
This whole series left me wanting more. I read the series in a week and I already miss the characters, it's so good it vCard should be a series on tv. The women, are realistic where you can just see yourself as one of them. The men well they are very very beautiful men, not the kind you can just walk outside on any given day, but the way the men , are described you might want to go to the best male strip club you can find..they are that fine. SK had the most vivid description that I can just see the faces. It has love, hate, envy and anything else you can think of... Enjoy the series, you would hate to put it down.

SK had the most vivid description that I can just see the faces. It has love, hate, envy and anything else you can think of... Enjoy the series, you would hate to put it down.

This is book two in the Sin City Heat series and this is where you meet Keisha and Dominick. Keisha and Dominick met when Jerra was at the hospital. You can immediately see the sparks between the both of them. Keisha and Dominick take their relationship slow but there will be complications from someone in Keisha’s past. Also this is where you will meet Dominick’s brother Angel. It didn’t take me long to finish this one. I loved it and it was definitely HOT!!! You will not be disappointed with book at all.

OMG...when I tell you a rollercoaster ride I want to take again and again!! Author SK did it again. This book made me laugh, made me curse, even made me a little misty. Of course the ending has me amped and ready for part 3...oggggh!!! All these sexier than sexy men and the women who possess and love them...now that Angelo, mmmhmmm...dangerous AND sexy...i likey!! Thanks SK for making my day and for writing such a well crafted book!! I am definitely glad to have found your work!!

This book series is great. Twisted Obessions is about a female named Keisha McKnight who meets a guy named Dominick Spain. They seem to hit it off rather well and things are starting to heat up until Keisha's ex decided to go loco. This book is full of twists and turns and while Keisha is dealing with her issues her best friend Jerra is still hiding a secret from her husband. Will it be exposed, only way to find out is to go read the whole series.

This series was recommended to me months ago but I kept putting it off; now I know why.
A book this engrossing, this full of drama and angst needs to have your full and undivided attention. I am so happy I waited because I can appreciate all the nuances thrown my way.
Dominick and Keisha are explosive together! That scene in the strip club?! OMG.....THAT WAS HOTTTT!!
Definite must read....you will NOT be disappointed!

Sex lies and twisted obsessions. S. K. It's all here in this book this is Dominic's and Keisha 's story. This is a story about two Alpha people to meet and fall in love. Sparks fly as you would expect However an obsessed lover tries to come in between these two and all hell breaks loose. It's highly recommended that you read part one before you read this story and I give the story five stars and I definitely recommend this book!

Another good read well thanks for the introduction to Mr. Dominick :-)...This is one of my fave characters in this book. Huh? Well Angel is a sight for sore eyes but can I tolerate the danger in his eyes...LOL I don't think so. Well lets see where this crew of love birds is headed in there relationships. I must say so far these are some good reads.

I could not put this down from the moment I started. Darrell and Jerra show you that the struggle is real even in the most loving couple. Aleesha found out that there is always someone after what is yours. Last Kiesha and Dominick heated it up. This series is on fire,. Each book flows into the next without a beat missing. So if you haven't read it yet please buy!

Very good read. The roller coaster ride that started in Buried Secrets continues here but with an additional CRAZY twist. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and look forward to seeing what happens next in Beginning of an Eclipse. SK has quickly become one of my favorite authors!

Can't get enough

What a ride
Dominick and Keisha's story added more drama and pure list into the story. Their chemistry and connection burns through on each page. This was one heck of a ride. I can't wait to see what's up with Angelo in the series... Pure and simple, this love story was magical..

Book 2 in the series and it held my attention throughout the story. It kept me up late at night reading until the end. It's on to the next one in the series! I recommend this one.
