Meet the Litluns, a family of tiny creatures living behind the fireplace of an old house. Join Tater Tom and Jazz on their adventure into the Wide Wild Lands to look for a Golden Spider Web. On their adventure, Tater Tom and Jazz have to contend with each other and a gang of thieves who want the Golden Web for themselves. The children have other dangers to face, including the elements, the Fat Ginger Cat and the giant spider that is the rightful owner of the Golden Web. The Litluns successfully find the Golden Web after a difficult journey, but then have to face the journey home. Getting home has some surprises in store for them. They gain a brand new addition to the family, learn of a family member’s hidden talent and discover a secret that will lead them into their next adventure.
