This book is a pause; a reflection; a remembrance. Within its pages I have tried to recapture the spirit of an era when the world spun more slowly; when people dared to believe in dreams; when there was time enough for human love to grow--Robert Sexton.
I sat down and read this book today after randomly finding it for 75 cents at a used bookstore. To say that I sat here and pretty much sobbed the whole time would be a pretty accurate statement. It's very rare that a book, especially poetry and short stories, can settle by ADD brain and pull me in. I fucking NEEDED his right now. I could not recommend this book enough. Good LORD.
