Limit your work, play, wealth gathering, eating, sleeping, and all your activities to their most beneficial limits. You and the Universe are one and the same. Depend on oneself for your own happiness. Good tool for seeking the path of understanding.

A very quotable book that makes core taoist ideas easy to understand. More of a book to read slowly and in short segments, but it's greatest value is in helping those new to the I-Ching (or really other forms of divination) to know how to inwardly prepare for using it.
