To Her Rescue Celine Harris' inheritance hinged on one tiny detail. She needed to marry. Her father will do anything to get access to that money, include marrying her off to the highest bidder. She didn't expect the shifter she'd been secretly crushing on to step up... Mason Knight was building an empire. That took time, and nearly all his effort. He didn't have time for dating, nevermind marriage. But...it's Celine and he nor his panther wanted to let her slip through his fingers. Celine thought she could breath easier with Mason coming to her rescue, but money and family never mixed...and she was about to find out the hard way. For Her Safety For six years Silas Knight has been focused only one finding his daughter. He didn't have time for relationships, and he certainly wasn't looking for a mate. But see... fate was a tricky thing. The one thing he'd been avoiding was the one thing he would have to do to keep his daughter with him. Mila Meyers has been focused on only one thing for the past four keeping her daughter safe. She was a widower, so relationships were the last thing on her mind. But then she ran, quite literally, into a man...or rather shifter who would change all of that. The solution to both their problems lay in each other. Could they put ego and mistrust aside to do what was best for the child? Especially with the threat of old enemies looming...

This was 2.5 books included. I ate up this book in its entirety. Story one with Mason and Celeste was amazing. A great way to start the series! I loved how the marriage worked out for the both of them and how they loved on one another. The shifter comparison to real animals was right on! I loved how when the panthers greeted one another they rubbed cheeks. Just every thing about this book was what I needed and more! The short story in between is called Dallas which is Mason and Silas (who I will mention later ) father. Oh how I love seeing this point of view from Dallas handling business and how he loves on his wife Adina! Now what I need is a story of Dallas and Adina from how they were brought up together and leveled up! Story three in this book is of Silas and Mila and I don't want to give to much away, but this story was very much needed! I love Andersens creativity and thoughtfulness of the characters. I would definitely recommend this series!
In To Her Rescue, Mason steps in to help his best friend Celine retain her inheritance and wrangle her feuding money hungry relatives. It doesn't hurt that she's his mate and he has no issues being tied to her forever.
In For Her Safety, Silas has been focused on finding his long lost daughter, and then he does. But her adopted mother Mila proves to be unshakeable for him too, and with threats coming their way, Silas has to protect his family.
I loved Mason and Celine so much. Y'all know I love a good nickname and the minute he called her "Lovebug' it was a five star read, lol. The way he stepped up to give her what she needed, and left room for her to still control her own life showed he was self-aware and his love was real. Celine slowly falling into what she knew was her destiny all along was fun to watch and Dria knows how to write passion because you could feel it. And it was effortless. Her family deserved a lot worse than Mason did and would do, but I was glad he was there to neutralize them. They were incredible.
Silas and Mila were a delightful push/ pull that gave just the right amount of tension and angst. As much as I wanted Silas to have his daughter back, the last thing I wanted was for Mila to lose her, so it was captivating to read how it unfolded. I love how patient Silas was, and how connected his baby was to him. And I love how he worked with Mila's anxieties and dealt with the obstacles keeping them from their child's happy life, and theirs together. Their fall was slower, but still very passionate and I loved seeing Mila try to resist what Silas knew was true. The family dynamic and everyone gathering around Silas to support him was pretty wonderful too.
This book had a bonus story starring Dallas and Adina, Mason and Silas' parents. Let me tell you how I didn't know if I loved the daddy more after I finished. Dallas and his gangsta were such a swoony highlight, and the way he knew how to stand beside and behind his very capable woman was a lesson in love. Adina knew her power, and used it for good. And knew her husband only had eyes for her, and hands for her enemies. It was so cute. I love the Knights.
