Follow Ichabod, Icky, the caterpillar, who was a very ugly little bug, through his turmoils and troubles. He gets raked up with some leaves, he nearly gets eaten by a curious cat, until one day he meets Mops, a beagle dog and she very gently helps Icky create a cocoon. When Icky emerges from the cocoon he has become a beautiful monarch butterfly.
