Another good book for beginner readers. I have no idea if this book goes along with the tv show or not. My boys picked this out because of the larger size words.

This is a pre level 1 reading book with little pictures in the text to help young readers to read. BUT (which what I like) has smaller text under the pic to let us know what-who the pic suppose to be making it easier for an adult reading it to a non reader (like I did for my son) to read.

This book the team doesn't go anywhere and actually only Bob, Wendy and Dizzy are in the story. Dizzy almost accidentally knocks over a bird nest; but saves it before it topples over. Then the egg hatches and Dizzy feels like she needs to help keep an eye on the bird until it gets big enough to take care of itself. So between the mama bird and Dizzy the baby survives and thrives and in the end flies off.

This is supposedly a pre-level 1 reader book about Bob and his friends watching a bird's nest. It's a gentle fun story and uses pictures to help the early reader with the common characters. There are also some pretty hard words for kids to get so it doesn't get 4 stars from me!

Read this to my son tonight. He really enjoyed the book. It is one of those books with pictures for words so he felt like he was reading with me.
