I was happy with Luke, or at least, I thought I was . . .
The problem was that I had been with him for so long, I hadn’t realized my standards for men had fallen to the floor.
And then when I caught him with his receptionist . . . well, I decided to take my life—my pleasure—into my own hands.
It was my first Valentine's Day being single in years, and I wanted to make the best of it. Even so, when my best friend pitched to me the new club downtown, I was hesitant at first. But when he told me women got in for free, I was sold. It sounded like the perfect idea.

It was supposed to be a one time thing. "Get over a man by getting under another". But this man grabbed her heart with no intention of letting go. But fate has a funny sense of humor. She learns that the man who swooped her up and picked up all of her pieces is actually...Luke's father!!!

---This was the first age gap romance I have ever read and I didn't mind it like I thought I would. I would sometimes personally think its kind of weird, but this was written very well. I was hooked from the beginning. It stinks this is a novella and not a full novel! I would have loved to get more of their story together! We also all need a friend like Jax in this story!! No shame in any game in this novella.

This was a quick and steamy read that I actually enjoyed very much. Yes their relationship was very insta love but again this was only 100 pages. Luke was an ass and I’m glad Mel stuck to her guns a let his pos ass go. And Daddy Elias 😮💨🥵🥵 that man knows his dirty talk. My only gripe is I wish we could have more of this couple.

Instalove for sure, but it’s super short. So. Yeah. There’s a plot, but it’s flimsy. It’s established at the beginning and basically only there to have a reason for the spicy scenes. Which is fine. That’s why this exists.

Loved this quick book! I don't usually read spicy stuff but the plot kept me interested the whole time. I wish there was another book because I want to know what's going to happen to the characters next

This was such a steamy read. It was refreshing to read a story where they don’t want kids (or any more in his case). I really loved how her best friend Jax meddled but in good ways, he was a true friend at heart.

i knew what this was, like 100 page spicy read i knew what i was getting into, but it still fell flat for me, the spice was spicing but the relationship felt odd, like I didn't believe they cared about each other. and this is coming from an angle of i ADORE insta love 🤷♀️

Wow. Yeah…I definitely have a thing for older men. This book just solidified it. The spice level and HEA is a perfect quick read.

And for all our smut lovers, there is a super funny scene about a double-appendaged dragon named Sol, and how Elias is determined to re-create some moments for Amelia, like being chased and ending in a very good time!
Too bad this rendezvous is brought to a screeching halt when Mel’s ex-finance, Luke, walks into his office…yeah that’s where they are. I’m not giving anything away, it’s titled “My Ex’s Daddy”, literally, he walks in saying “Dad?” It’s freaking fantastic!
Needless to say I really enjoyed this super soaker roller coaster ride! *wink*
