I won this book in a goodreads drawing.

The title tells it all.

The book is informative, but doesn't pretend to be a panacea. It's major recommendation is to have a stool sample analyzed, as there are so many different causes of IBS disorder, that a book can't help everybody. However, there are other helpful hints. A good book if you have this disorder for sure.

I won this book in a Goodreads Giveaway.

Good information, a little repetitive but very helpful for anyone just starting on the journey to figuring out their IBS.
